Windows 7 - ServicePack 1 installation failed: hr=0x80070002

Hello!

I am trying toinstall SP1to Windows 7Professional 32-bit (RU). It fails 0x80070002

I copied the file CntrtextMig.dll from Windows installation disc to a folder С:/Windows/System32, and then served command regsvr32 CntrtextMig.dll - the command fails.

I hope there is somebody who help me!
