FAQ #22: ...Operation cancelled due to Restrictions.... . I cannot get into my registry and...

In the FAQ section for MSE, #22, "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on your computer".

 

The instructions to go to the registry and to the key (see below) are not working for me since I do not know the command (cmd) functions to get there.

 

What commands do I use to get to the registry key HKCU\Software, etc.......? I need to do this but cannot manipulate the registry in order to do so.

 

Please help.
