Windows 7 Upgrade Failed, No automatic rollback. Continous Loop for setup.

Hi,

 

hope someone can help me, I did an upgrade to Windows 7 from Vista on a Dell Vostro 1000.

I have only 2 boot options: Windows 7 or Windows 7 Setup.

 

W7 Setups brings me a commandline box.

W7 boots, displays that it is starting services an then stops with error message, saying it will Roll back to vista -> after reboot it starts the same thing.

 

Exact error Message:

The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error...”

I have a german Windows 7 MSDNAA iso.

 

How can I resolve this?
