is there a utility to restore all my paths in PATH variable before Stong Fortress virus

I got this virus, have since removed it, but now my path points to c:\win and system can not run/find anything. I've tried to do a sustem restore from a prior date to no avail. Any ideas? Thanks! Continue reading...
