how to limit some certain programs so that the uac won't come up automatically

always after i have worked on my laptop for some time,then the table of uac come up saying"do you want this program to make changes to your computer?"

i don't ,so i choose "no".but next time when i use my pc for a certain time,the same table jump out again, but to the same program ,my choice is always same,

i don't want to click "no"everytime, can you help me how to limit a certain progam so the uac won't come up automatically.
