I can't download Windows Media Player because it can't validate my windows system

I bought this laptop from Dell 5 years ago. I am positive this is a real version of windows. How can I fix this? I'm just using this computer as my music player and to watch Amazon Prime content on my tv, but I need the new player update for that to work.

Anyone know what I can do?
