Guest CaptMAG Posted March 11, 2012 Posted March 11, 2012 My ISP informed me that I had a DNSChanger virus. The ISP help desk identified that the virus had changed by router's DNS server to "Rogue" servers identified by an FBI website. He helped me reset those, but said the virus that did it is still on my computer. He said that evidence of the virus is slowing down of IE, which is true. (It happened after an ITunes update.) He suggested that MS Security Essentials, which I have been running for a long time, was not good enough, and to try another. I have downloaded, updated, and run Malwarebytes, and it found nothing. I ran MS Safety Scanner, and it found nothing. Don't know what to do next? Continue reading... Quote
