IE Plug-in Installation Problems

Hello,

I am trying to install an Internet Explorer plug-in at machine level but it is currently only installing at user level. We have a managed network running Win XP on the client machines that need this plug-in. It is called Adobe Connect. I have tried to snap the .exe file into an msi using WinInstall LE and when I do so I notice that the plug-in is full of HKEY_CURRENT_USER guids. The problem with that is when I install the plug-in on a machine with my privileged account only I can see use it on my profile.

Students and teachers on our network do not have installation rights at all, and this is needed for a test within the next week. Is there anyway to get this to install at machine level?

Many Thanks
