RC1 Installation problem - 0x80070002

I have tried 32 bit version via WDS on VMware and a physical laptop, both of which ran 7 Beta no problem. Also tried 64 bit version on VMware.

 

Installation always fails after Installing Features, then Installing Updates:

Windows Package Manager

Operation failed with 0x80070002. The system cannot find the file specified.

 

Any tips?
