This a.m. saw program "Outside In" load, unbidden onto computer. How bad is it?

In addition to the foregoing about mystery program (outside in) loading on computer this am, it cannot be found on the program registry, and does not appear on the remove program list in control panel. A search of the drive yields THOUSANDS of programs beginning outside in. How messed over am I?
