Transfer Windows on Another Disk with Backup & Restore

Hi,

Im running Windows 7 Professional 64bit. I've setup backup, it backs up all my data and system image daily on a different 2TB Hard Disk.

Now the main Hard Disk (1TB) has been partitioned into 200GB and 800GB. (C: drive being 200GB). Lately I've been noticing that my C: drive could be filling up.

Now, can someone please tell me how to do the following things, strictly using Windows 7 backup and restore function:

1) I wanna remove the partition on Main Disk (1TB) and instead of having my C: drive on a 200GB partition, I'll rather transfer my whole system on un-partitioned 1TB Main Disk. That way my C: drive will have way more room than i can ever use. How?

OR

2) Transfer my whole system on a new RAID 10 setup of 4 different new 1 TB Hard Disks.

OR

3) Transfer it to a New Fast SSD without creating any partitions on it.

(other 800GB partition is fully backed up too, I don't care if I lose that 800 GBs in process, my System should be intact)

Please tell me about each of them in details (very important for me, as I will be doing this for first time.. and I couldn't find anyone who can say they have done this before) and if possible attach some external links for more study on these procedures. Many thanks in advance!!! :)
