I'd like to run a full scan at boot time like you can with other Anti-Virus programs. So far I haven't been able to find that option in the MSE GUI. Is there a hidden menu somewhere or can I do an elevated CMD prompt to make MSE do a full scan at boot?

If there is absolutely no way of doing this then it should be made an option.

Also, going into safe mode, MSE is disabled so I can't do it there. Every time I try, it won't load MSE cuz the drivers aren't loaded and I haven't ever looked for them to manually install them.
