Guest Aleyoops Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 Computer came with Windows 7 Home but no system disk. Hard drive crashed. Purchased new hard drive and tried the Ultimate upgrade which I purchased some time ago but never installed. Now in the installation process when I type in the product key it says the key is invalid. Finally tried to just load XP and guess what, I got the blue death screen. So I am stuck with no apparent way to put an operating system on this computer. How do I get this fixed, or am I going to have to: A. Go buy a full version of Windows 7. or B. Just buy another computer. This is really starting to get under my skin! Continue reading... Quote
