mdt 2010 + vmware + windows xp

Hello,

i am using mdt 2010 and vmware workstation 7, i have install windows windows xp and i like to capture this installation to make an image off it. can someone tell me how to capture a windows xp installation on vmware workstation 7, because i have read the following website:

windows xp sysprep starts and the it reboots and starts mdt 2010 like i want to deploy an image so it don't capture.

when i deploy another image it deploys it but during te boot it coms with the F8 screen and non off the choices works, the system is the going down.
