Guest Jay.lambert Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 For some reason the C:\Windows\System32\Driverstore is not getting cleaned up when i run Sysprep /generalize. i thought the /Generalize switch would remove all of the non default drivers. (the driver store looks to be around 650mb on a vanilla windows install, but it's 1.3gb on my image). I have built a hardware agnostic image by adding a driver folder and linking the devicepath in the registry to it, so i would like the DriverStore to only have the default drivers in it. is there a safe way of cleaning it up?
