At that time I also purchased a backup disk of the software. However, the computer overheated and is now completely inoperable. I have the new replacement computer onto which I need to re-install the software from the backup disk. However it won't install as I get prompted for the 25 digit product key, and I don't have it - the backup disk has no product key, and my purchase confirmation email is on my broken computer.
