MS-Lync: There is no "Show a picture from a web address" option

Hi, When I open Lync 2010 and click the picture next to my name, I am unable to see "Show a picture from a web address" option. How do I need to upload my photo in Lync? Thanks in advance. Fahim Continue reading...
