Onenote 2010- Ink to Maths working but Ink to Text grayed out. Windows 7

Hi,

I have Office Home and Student 2010 installed on my PC- Windows 7 and my Netbook- Windows 7 Starter.

The "ink to math" feature works fine on the PC, however the "ink to text" feature is grayed out. The Tablet PC components are turned on, and as 'ink to maths' works, I cannot understand why 'ink to text' does not.

Neither 'ink to text' or 'ink to maths' are available on the netbook. Is this a Windows Starter issue? All of my notebooks, on both devices, are in 2010 format, not 2007.

Is there some way of resolving this?
