i have experience a "blue screen" windows shut down & says this is CRITICAL!! what do I do.

Help....Something by the name of Geneo tried to apply itself to my computer while i was playing games. i thought i deleted Geneo but now this has gotten out of control....Blue Screen and they called it something else but i forgot already cuz I nervous...Help fix my NEW computer that has already been to the BESTBUY HOSPITAL once before. Whis I could say more but all I know is BLUE SCREEN AND GENEO IS THE CULPRIT I BELIEVE.
