This issue seems to be occurring randomly on all different OS's.

Most commonly Win7, 64 bit home premium, SP1, IE9. Weird part is some pc's with same specs work and some don't. The pc's are in all different environments for all different customers. The issue though is always the same.

Customers can print from any programs and also from firefox and google chrome without a problem. However when printing from IE9 it's strips the users name and print codes from the job and when you look at it in the print queue all you see is the number of pages and sets.

The issue is occurring with all models of copiers, with current firmware and current drivers.

If we disable "Protected mode" close browser and reopen it works. It must be a security setting that is stripping the info from the job. If anyone has any ideas on how to resolve the issue the help would be appreciated.

So far the only solution has been to have them switch browsers.
