Office 2010 Licence and Startup Problem

Hi,

We are currently experiencing a problem with Office 2010 (32 bit install) on 64 bit Windows 7 machines. Users keep receiving the following error message when opening office applications:

Excel: 'Cannot use object linking and embedding' followed by 'Microsoft Office cannot verify the licence for this application. A repair attempt failed or was cancelled by the user. The application will now shut down'

Word: 'Microsoft Office cannot verify the licence for this application. A repair attempt failed or was cancelled by the user. The application will now shut down'

Outlook: 'The file C:\Users\John_S\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\John Smith.ost cannot be accessed because it has been configured for use with a different mailbox. Followed by: 'Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window'

Normally restarting the machine fixes this problem.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, I can't find anyone else having similar problems.
