Guest Wutty3 Posted March 18, 2012 Posted March 18, 2012 I installed XP SP3 and was unable to gain access to my workstation at work via Remote Web Workplace. Whenever I select a computer from the list of available clients, it is unable to download the Remote Desktop Activex Control because of security settings preventing the download. I set the security to allow all activex controls (which shows a nag about unsafe security settings) This kills the Remote Desktop Activex....message but then an "invalid server name" error pops up. Only resolution offered was to delete a registry key that was non-existant in my registry. I am able to use RWW with my XP SP2 laptop with no issues.
