"Your Order is in Review Status" error I order Office 2010 via Microsoft HUP program -and order# is CNL109800201 . Called Microsoft support team and was told that someone will review and get back to me (case reference# 1173296161). Next day received an error message and was told that credit information was incorrect. (This is wrong because I can even see the hold of charged amount in pending transactions). I use the same card for everything and all other transactions work fine. There is no issue with the entry of the card. I tried a different card but same problem Please help. Continue reading... Quote
