Errors following "Creating a Windows 7 Hard Disk Recovery Solution" Guide from Technet

I've followed this guide word for word, I've captured my image with all the drivers loaded and now I'm having issues in the final step. I execute DeployWindows7.cmd and it runs fine. However at the end of transferring both Images I get two errors.

 

"This Version of C:\windows\system32\bcdboot.exe is not compatible with the version of windows you're running. check the system info to see whether you need x86 or x64"

"This Version of C:\windows\system32\reagentc.exe is not compatible with the version of windows you're running. check the system info to see whether you need x86 or x64"

I can tell it is using the x86 version because its pulling from system32. However, i'm using the windows 7 OPK disc which supposedly has x86 and x64. How can I point it to the x64 version of the files so this will properly work?
