XP SP3 Sysprep/Unattend install - Regional and Language Location Setting Question

Hi all

 

I'm creating a new unattend.txt file and can't work out how to set the Location field under Regional and Language Options to the country I am in (Australia). It keeps coming back as US. Everything else in the Regional settings gets set to Australia fine, but teh location keeps coming up as being US. What am I missing here?
