do micro soft send an eamails that the email wins money?

an e-mail i have received on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 5:50:56 AM ,

from

© 2012 Microsoft ( Email address is removed for privacy )

 

attached to this e-mail a document from micro soft UK , London office , Victoria st.

holds a winning number that is my mail number ,

so is this true or is it a spam , kindly answer me as soon as possible.
