nokia lumia 710 - without data package, how do I save contacts now on phone?

New Nokia Lumia 710, no data package. Other than manually recording all phone contacts to PC, is there anyway these can be backed up in less antiquated manner? Zune is about music and an app/no data package. Windows Live is about an app/no data package. Cloud is Mac, I'm a PC. I've spent hours searching and pretty much think manually recording is only answer. PLEASE HELP and thanks
