Windows XP Professional SP3 x64 SATA Problem

Hi i have serious problem

i could not integrate sata drivers to my win xp pro sp3 x64 cd

i downloaded sata drivers from my motherboards web site & integrated them to a new cd with nlite

i'm normally installing win xp but when last restart comes problem

after last restart during booting pc gives a blue screen

i repeated this scenario again & again but nothing is changed

pls help me for this situation
