After installing Microsoft Security Essentials on Toshiba laptop with Windows7 laptop Drive E is no longer recognised. Driver is installed, Restore to previous date does not resolve the problem, Install (Recognise) Hardware does not locate the CD/DVD Player. Any suggestions?
