Is PC Cleaner part of Microsoft and do I need it if I have Microsoft security essentials

I have PC Cleaner because of some suggestion on my Microsoft security scanning. It has scanned my computer and found numerous errors and junk on my computer. next step is to have them fix it.. Do I go ahead? Is this program supported by Microsoft? Can I trust it? or do I just uninstall it.. Why do I have all this junk and errors if I have my computer set to automatically scan with Microsoft Security Essentials?
