Guest Uncle Bill1733 Posted March 26, 2012 Posted March 26, 2012 The latest Windows Defender (WD) scan that I ran the evening of March 25, 2012 reported that PWS:win32/ldpinch.bl was malware. WD removed it from my disk. Here is the message: Category: Password Stealer Description: This program is dangerous and captures user passwords. Advice: Remove this software immediately. Resources: file: E:\Software\MetaStock\Ver 10.0\_user1.cab->(ishld#0013)->(Upack) file: E:\Software\MetaStock\Ver 10.0\_user1.cab->(ishld#0012)->(Upack) containerfile: E:\Software\MetaStock\Ver 10.0\_user1.cab The file originally came with a copy of MetaStock version 10.0 that I bought from Equis several years ago.
