MS Office 2010 All Programs Crash On Start Up

MS Office 2010 Home and Student

Have had this program installed and working fine on this computer for over a year now. The program now is crashing once it is past the loading screen, whether I try Excel, Word, etc. I have tried opening in Safe Mode, and it acknowledges that I'm doing so with the warning window, but crashes when I hit ok. No other errors pop up when the program crashes.

I've tried to contact support, but I am unable to get the Product ID #, as the automatic search on the website is unable to find it, and the support's suggestion to find it involves opening the program to retrieve it, which I cannot do.

Any ideas of what may have happened to the program would be appreciated.
