Windows 7 Not Seeing Other Partitions

I have 3 other partitions on the hard drive Windows 7 is on, and although in 'Disk Management' it shows all four partitions,

if I right click on any of the others, it'll only give me the option to 'Delete Volume...' which I don't want to do.

 

I would like to give them drive letters so I can access them in My Computer.

 

The only problem might be that the first partition is ext3, but all the others are NTFS, and were accessible in XP previously.

 

Anything I can download/edit to fix this? Is anymore information needed?
