Guest Pavlas Posted March 29, 2012 Posted March 29, 2012 I opened a web link in IE9, Window 7, and when I tried to close it, the session kept re-opening. I had to use the task manager to close it down. Since then, my PC has been very sluggish. I think I have a virus or a worm but neither Norton nor the Microsoft Safety Scanner have found anything. My Internet Explorer.exe processes in the Windows Task Manager are using 40K memory which I read somewhere is too high and my iexplore.exe memory usage seems off the charts.
