S.M.A.R.T. CHECK suddenly popped up on my computer screen with waves of this saying.

SYSTEM MESSAGE- WRITE FAULT ERROR. It's taken over my computer. I tried to down load Microsoft essentials for windows 7, it was cleaning the trojan when my computer shut down. When it starts up my screen in black, only recycle bin shows up. I got on line going thru microsoft.com please help me
