'Framework 4' updates KB2604121; B2656405; KB2600217 and KB2656368 keep reappearing after installati

Windows 7 Home Premium. These updates continually recycle. Have tried everything I can find to fix: 1. Used "Fix It' standard and aggressive versions. 2. Have stopped and restarted Windows Update services and rebooted then installed again. 3. Have tried ALL suggestions under Article 906602. 4. I never get an error code. 5. The updates appear on the "Installed Updates", Status successful. If I double click on them, I am asked if I want in UNINSTALL. Does this mean they really are installed?? 6. The updates appear on the "Update History", Status Succeeded. If I double click on them, I am asked if I want in UNINSTALL. Does this mean they really are installed?? 7.
