I tried to re-install my windows 7 OS to the manufacturers factory defaults without re-formatting the HD and in the process the power went out :( Now it's saying to restart the installation after the computer restarts but I can't seem to find it to restart

it; it just tries to setup what initially was installed! Now I'm in desperate need of fixing this so I can do my job, ouch!
