Windows 7 64 bit all typematter too small, especially emails!

For no apparent reason typematter on my computer is now so small I have trouble reading it! I have already chosen type to be Large but is now very small! Can't seem to locate the problem, or the offending problem causing it! Please help Trevor View the thread
