Windows 7 Professional N- Wont Open Things you need to be adminstrator even though i am

I was in regedit trying to clear up space for my computer and i deleted a few file from a program called teamviewer and i think thats all i deleted anyways i downlaoded this program to see what my computer registry is currently running and when i finished

doing everthing  i closed it and i try to run regedit again to make sure everything was good and it said windows can not find regedit.exe make sure you typed name correctly and then try again. so then i treid to fix it trough cnmd but u need to have adminstrator

for that and etc.. Some one please help
