I want to alert you that i have been receiving at least 15 phone calls a week from someone posing as a tech from your technical dept. trying to tell me that i have serious problems on my computer and i need to give him access to my computer so he can resolve

the issues on my computer so i won't lose all the data on my computer. No matter how many times i've told him i don't want him calling me anymore he still call s 2 and 3 times a day. I know this is a scam and would never give out any information on the phone

unless i called the person or company myself.  But i can't help but think there are alot of people that would fall for a scam like that and believe that the call was authentic, and make the mistake of allowing access to their computer just because the person

claimed to be a Microsoft employee. I thought that a public anouncement from Microsoft would alert people not to fall for the scam, that Microsoft doesn't operate that way. Thank You Joe Morgan
