How can I clean,or,sharpen blurry photos in Windows Live Photo Gallery

I've just started to use a new Camera,(a cheap one),for still photos,and a lot of them are very blurry. Yes,I did remember to clean the lense,and yes,it was really dirty, LOL. Are there any apps. out there that can help,or should I just start over? View the thread
