I have downloaded and installed 'Abine' DNT+ do not track software, but operation is blocked.  I reeive the following popup message:

 

<em>Uh-oh, DNT+ wasn't allowed to communicate like normal, it's DNTPService.exe was terminated.</em>

<em>This is often caused by overactive antivirus or security software.  First, try restarting Internet Explorer.</em>

private!</em>

 

I have followed the steps idicated steps including contacting Abine without success.

Machine Dell 610 Latitude Laptop

WinXP Pro SP3; IE8; Microsoft Security Essentials

MS is updated regularly as is the AV.

 

I disabled MS Essentials including the Firewall - No Joy

I do not believe there is any other active scaning security software running on this machie.

Do you have any ideas what is blocking this app?
