Programs Compatibility problem: Paradox 4.0 does not run on my new PC with Windows 7 64-bit

The program worked perfectly from DOS window on my previous PC with Win XP , using the command "PARADOX.EXE -extk 2048" on my current i5 PC with Win 7 / 64 bit it won't run. The error message suggests to contact the software publisher, but this is long gone. Please help! Thank you View the thread
