All my windows files now are not recognized - as I don't have correct software? I deleted it, trying to clear space on my hardrive - but I in fact needed that software: whereas my computer said I didn't... I think the software was called: windows basic

service pack 2003, though I am not sure - and cannot find that download. I have a Windows XP laptop and really need to download that software again so I can read my files. But I don't know what software I need? I have tried downloading some 2007 software

from your website - but that did nothing. Please help?
