MSE reprts potential threat - but does not specify what it is

I have a full scan set for weekly, and have just run a quick scan.

 

MSE reports that no threats were found but also says that my computer is potentially unprotected and that it has detected a potential threat.  I can not find what it is.

 

Anyone with any thoughts?
