KB2604110 - Downloads and installs, but windows update is promting me to install the update over and

[Guest NewsBot]

I have been trying for 3 weeks to download and install this update. The update says succeeded but still asking me to install. I have done a fix-it below is the report. Still not fixed. As this seems to be an imprtant update, I really need this resolved.
