excel lock custom propare.

I  had an excel file. when I select  prepare->properties.

it will pop up document properties dialog.  I found the document properties had been locked, I can not edit.

at the same time.

I select the advance properties->custom.

I find the "name" "type" "value"  had became gery. I can not add tag.

how can I set the excel to unlock the document properties and can add the tag.
