how to remove "Exploit:Java/CVE-2011-3544.gen!D"

while scanning the computer with microsoft security scanner (msert.exe) this malware was reported "<span style="font-weight:bold">Exploit:Java/CVE-2011-3544.gn!D". The scan results column read "removed". Is there something else i need to do to get rid

of the malware? I currently have  KASPERSKY antivirus installed.</span>
