disable Outlook 2010 setting via GPO

Hi everyone,

I would like to disable this setting in Outlook 2010 via GPO. 

 

"use auto-complete list to suggest names when typing in the To,CC, and Bcc lines"

 

I have imported the Outlook 2010 admx template but could not find where this setting is stored.

I search everywhere in Google but cannot find it.  Please help.  Thanks first.
