Tools/Folder Options???

Asking this question is almost embarrassing for me, but I forgot something that should be obvious to me.  I had to reinstall Windows 7 so Explorer (My Documents for example) does not have the Tools/Folder Options drop down menu.  I want to show file extensions,

plus use Tools/Folder Options for other purposes as well.  Ok, you most likely already have guessed my question....where is it?  

 

When I open My Documents or My Computer the options available are:

 

My Documents show the following available options:

Organize  Include in library    Share with   Burn   New folder

 

My Computer has:

Organize   System properties   Unintstall or change a program  Map network drive   Open Control Panel

 

And if I doubleclick C::

Organize Include in library Share with Burn New folder

 

I am running generic Microsoft Windows 7 Professional and NOT an OEM copy.  The OS installed was purchased from the Microsoft Company Store; generic MS.

 

Someone please refresh my memory.
